Our Perfect Fit Guarantee applies to two areas: (1) the fit of your clothes and (2) the style selection you requested (i.e. you should get exactly what you asked for). The guarantee applies to our tailored clothing (men and womenswear), but DOES NOT apply to our ready to wear pieces. Note that we approach the guarantee for each garment type with slightly different methods. Please read on.
Perfect Fit & Alterations Guarantee - General notes
If you’re unhappy with your fit, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with video and/or pictorial evidence. If your first outfit isn’t perfect, we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments or we’ll remake it—free of charge.
What the guarantee doesn’t apply to:
- changes to your measurements or sizing after 14 days. The human body is dynamic and weight gain and loss will affect the fit and shape of your outfit. If you’d like to make a sizing adjustment after 14 days, you may have to pay for this
- changes to your style as a result of you changing your mind about a design specification. We reserve the right to bill you separately for alterations or the cost of the change. In some instances, style changes aren’t possible due to the structure of the outfit made, so entire reproduction may be required. You will be billed for this

Womenswear-specific Perfect Fit Guarantee
If your custom dress or womenswear doesn’t fit isn’t perfect, we’re happy to provide the following adjustment options:
- Have the garment adjusted by your own local tailor. Send us a photo of the receipt and we’ll provide you with store credit (up to $50 for a dress any clothing item)
- Work with our team to determine what changes need to be made, and have fitted alter the garment for you from one of our worldwide network of alteration tailors
- Allow us to remake the outfit for you and deliver free of charge, although you will need to cover shipping
*Note that we will not accept returns of clothing that has been altered and we don’t process refunds
