Eligibility to purchase

In order to make purchases on the Wooler you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.

Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the Wooler Store are in US Dollars (USD $). To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed, we recommend that you click on the link at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The US Dollars price of a product displayed on the Wooler Store at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error. From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns, and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Acceptance of your order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

 

Group order terms & conditions


Congratulations on ordering custom wear for your group with fitted.ng! We’re delighted you’ll be placing an order for your group’s outfits with fitted.ng for your groomsmen. If you haven’t already, you can always create more groups for your event and organise more of the outfits via our platform.  note we’re also available to coordinate any additional number of outfits for you as the fitted tailor network is currently over 1,500 tailors in 13 countries. Here’s a snapshot of some important information & terms of your group order.

 
Process for members:
  • (1a) Sign up and create a group – if you haven’t already, please go to groups.fitted.ng and create an account. Once you do, you can create a group and get your shareable URL which all your members can use to coordinate measurements, pay for outfits and track progress from one dashboard. You also are kept in the loop every step of the way through automated updates
  • (1b) Complete order consultation –  sign. The style, colors and fabric are now chosen. Once your group is created, we’ll add links to our online store so all your attendees can take measurements and pay for the outfits
  • (2) Customise & pay: Your members should onboard and pay for their orders  – Measurements are handled via the groups platform at the URL you’ll share, in any of the ways your members prefer from below 
    • Via groups platform on the URL you create – your members will input measurements with pictures. Please advise your members to ensure they add pics. Those who don’t know their measurements, can’t self-measure or can’t get to a tailor to take these, can private message us a pic/video of themselves on our whatsapp +2349080680999 or by mail: fashionoperations@fitted.ng. We’ll use our size predictor which is 97% accurate.
    • In-person measurement: People can also request a date and time to get measured (Lagos, NG only) by one of our trusted team mates. Miss your appointment and the cost of transportation will be deducted from your refundable balance
  • (3) Sewing, QA, packaging & delivery: fitted handles all outfit production and provides regular updates on progress to all members
 
Access requests: to serve you best, we need to set up good communication. Please:
  • Add Fashion Operations Manager to your whatsapp group of groomsmen for outfits
  • Please ensure a representative from the group is available on phone & email and will reply within a reasonable time frame to avoid delays
Terms & Conditionswe need you to adhere to these terms for optimal service delivery
  • There is a 10% refundable deposit on all group orders. This deposit is to cover express g fees and extra charges incurred by fitted if a customer does not give us their measurements in time
  • Orders are counted as “started” once both payments and measurements are received. We provide easy intuitive ways to give measurements, and pay including sending in your pictures (from anyone, anywhere on earth) and in-person measurements (Lagos, Nigeria only), so this shouldn’t drag much
  • All measurements are due within 7 days of payment
  • If measurements are not received by day 10, the refundable deposit is deducted and used to fulfill the order express
  • Delivery of all group orders is directly to the group admin’s address. Any delivery to specific group members will incur additional charges
  • Our side of the bargain: We’ll deliver your outfits within 10 days of receiving the last measurement. Our team will give periodic updates by phone & mail as required so you’re never left in the lurch on progress
  • We’re giving all group members a Buy-1-get-1-free deal for any outfit bought from fitted outside this order to say thank you for your patronage.
  • Summary of dates
    • Wedding date: 3rd June 2023
    • Target date for completion of outfits:15th May 2023. 
    • Delivery time: 3 – 5 business days, 1 day express available. Outfits to be delivered no later than 20th May 2022
    • International shipping cost: paid & billed separately (we’ll inform you what this is once order is complete)
    • Alterations: In the unlikely event of alterations, our perfect fit guarantee ensures we get you the adjustments you need to the best of our ability
