Clothing Design
We provide the exact design required from the customer
Measurement
Via our portal, we send you accurate measurements of the customer
Fabric Procurement
We drop off fabric and special accessories required for making the outfit(s) with you
Payment
We collect the deposit and balance from customers for the sewing of the outfit(s) and pay to you at the beginning and upon completion
Delivery & Logistics
We perform QA on the outfit. Once passed, we deliver the final Product to the Customer from the Tailor’s location

Once in, click “Apply to be a vetted tailor”
We’ll take you through our Tailor Aptitude Test (TAT)
If you pass, you’ll start receiving orders!

Every single outfit through us undergoes QA to ensure we’re giving the customer exceptional phyiscal and digital products
If your outfit fails QA, alterations must be made to meet the customer specification immediately. Read more about our QA below
Corrections
Policy
QA report fail for minor issues
Fitted will correct errors with your outfits at no more than N500 extra cost (deductible from your balance)
QA report fail for major issues
Fitted will return the outfit to you for alteration and correction. Your outfit will have to undergo and pass QA again. You must complete the corrections and alterations immediately the QA has a major failure. Your order will have to undergo QA again once completed. You will bear the cost of the additional sewing and transportation including purchase of fabric. You should be very careful when sewing for us!
