As a custom clothing brand, we hand craft most of our products to your exact sizing. Our ready-to-wear clothes are made by tailors according to predefined sizing in small, discreet batches. As a result, we don’t offer  returns. However, we do offer a perfect-fit guarantee covering (1) fit and (2) style. We work with you to get you a perfect garment subject to our guarantee for both custom clothing and ready-to-wear clothing sold by our vetted tailor network.

We offer free alterations and replacement products within 14 days since your purchase. If its after 14 days, we can’t offer you a full exchange for the value of your product. To be eligible for a return, you must adhere to the terms in our guarantee.

As part of our giving back initiatives, we may request a return of outfits that don’t fit in the instance of us providing a replacement outfit. We will clearly communicate this if so. In the absence of explicit request to return an outfit to us, please do not send your purchase back to us.


We do not offer refunds, but will rather get you altered/ replacement outfits at no cost if the issue area is from us (Kindly note that this will require picture evidence to be sent to use for verification purposes). In the event we ask you to return an outfit, we will send you a notice by email/ whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit to get another outfit from us. If you are approved, then your alteration or replacement outfit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your customer account with us within a certain amount of days.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may get the perfect-fit-guarantee. Sale items are not eligible for our perfect-fit-guarantee.

Exchanges & Gifts

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your exchange.

Shipping & Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a voucher for the value of your outfit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
