Our Perfect Fit Guarantee applies to two areas: (1) the fit of your clothes and (2) the style selection you requested (i.e. you should get exactly what you asked for). The guarantee applies to our tailored clothing (men and womenswear), but DOES NOT apply to our ready to wear pieces. Note that we approach the guarantee for each garment type with slightly different methods. Please read on.
If you’re unhappy with your fit, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with video and/or pictorial evidence. If your first outfit isn’t perfect, we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments or we’ll remake it—free of charge.
